He studied engineering but found his niche in the business world, earning his B.S. degree in Business Administrationfrom USF and spent 37 years invarious adminstrative positions at Aerojet Gen Corp. His peers know him as a problem solver extraordinaire and a generous contributor of time and energy to various charitable organizations.

He is the father of three and lives in the Sacramento area with his wife, Toni.
